Your Role

As a Senior Sales Representative at MedTranscribe AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential customers, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and closing high-value deals. You will leverage your expertise in sales and healthcare technology to educate prospects on our solutions, demonstrating how our AI-powered platform enhances their operations. You will be instrumental in shaping our sales strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Your Impact

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, hospital administrators, and practice managers.

  • Drive full-cycle sales, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and onboarding new customers.

  • Educate potential clients on the benefits and ROI of MedTranscribe AI’s solutions.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with customer needs.

  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitive offerings, and industry trends.

  • Represent MedTranscribe AI at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and build brand awareness.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or medical software.

  • Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and close deals.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport with clients and translate complex solutions into clear value propositions.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Experience selling to healthcare professionals and understanding of medical workflows is a plus.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000-$80,000 annually (based on experience)

Commission: Competitive, performance-based commission structure
