Your Role
As the Senior Director of Compliance & Training at MedTranscribe AI, you will oversee the company’s compliance programs, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. You will also lead the development and execution of training programs for employees, clients, and partners to ensure they fully understand compliance obligations and best practices. Your leadership will play a critical role in safeguarding our operations and driving a culture of compliance and accountability across the organization.
Your Impact
Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs aligned with federal, state, and industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, CMS guidelines).
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, audits, and internal compliance inquiries.
Conduct risk assessments, identify potential compliance issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure all employees and clients receive up-to-date training on regulatory requirements and company policies.
Monitor regulatory changes and update policies and training materials accordingly.
Collaborate with legal, HR, and operational teams to maintain a robust compliance framework.
Lead internal investigations and corrective action processes related to compliance violations.
Establish key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of compliance and training initiatives.
What You Bring
Extensive experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within the healthcare or technology industry.
Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS requirements.
Proven ability to develop and implement training programs for diverse audiences.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive compliance awareness across an organization.
Certifications such as CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance) or CPCO (Certified Professional Compliance Officer) are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 annually (based on experience)
