Your Role
As an ML/AI Engineer at MedTranscribe AI, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to enhance medical transcription and coding capabilities. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and healthcare experts to create cutting-edge AI solutions that improve clinical workflows.
Your Impact
Design and implement machine learning models for speech recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and medical coding.
Optimize and fine-tune models for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
Develop data pipelines to preprocess, clean, and structure medical data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in AI and machine learning.
Monitor and evaluate model performance to ensure continuous improvements.
Work with cloud platforms and ML frameworks to deploy scalable solutions.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Ability to work with large datasets and develop efficient data processing pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for AI-driven healthcare solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100,000-$140,000 annually (based on experience)
